Conditions of use
We will provide services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this platform, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions.
All content published on the platform (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics etc.) is the property of Wei Qifeng and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.
The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our platform, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our platform, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our platform and by sending you emails. Forums, comments, reviews, and e-mails
You may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation. When using our forum, you agree with the forum guidelines.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.
License and site access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this platform. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
If you are an owner of an account on this platform, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You can delete your user account in your account on the platform. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Processing and utilization of person-specific Data
If you contact us by e-mail, we will store your provided information such as your e-mail address and name for the purpose of further communication.
If you create an account on our Mingjue Academy platform, we will store your provided information such as your e-mail address, name and nickname.
If you make an order (download material, purchase a course etc.), we collect personal information from you and store the information of purchases. In order to process your order, the data which is required to conclude your order is sent to the service company used by us (payment by Paypal).
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
The acceptance of cookies is not required, but it may influence the functionality of our website (e.g. purchasing a course/a product), when cookies are not accepted.

The session cookies are deleted when you close the internet browser. The permanent cookies remain on your computer for a longer period of time. Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
